Chocolate Kit Kat Cupcakes Recipe
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Line muffin cups (2-1/2 inches in diameter) with paper baking cups. Remove wrapper from candies. Coarsely chop; set aside. 2. Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl. Add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla; beat with whisk or spoon just until batter is smooth and well blended. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. 3. Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely. Frost cupcakes with chocolate frosting. Sprinkle chopped candies over frosting, pressing in lightly. Makes about 14 cupcakes.

- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Hershey’s Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate frosting
