Gold Medal Flossugar is made from a special sugar - not too fine, not too coarse. Colors have been "vividized" so that you get a bright color, but color concentrations do not exceed the limits set down by the FDA. It's packed in sealed 3 lb. cartons, with 6 cartons of the same flavor to a case. Simply open the box and pour into the spinner head. Each carton makes approximately 50-60 cones and each case makes approximately 300-350 cones.
