Cadbury Mallows comprise soft fluffy marshmallow mounted on a biscuit foundation and encased in a shell of Cadbury milk chocolate.
These delightful concoctions have an almost bewilderingly contradictory combination of different textures; from the crisp almost brittle crunch of the chocolate shell, to the soft, spongy marshmallow interior.
