Clasen Alpine maintains an excellent flavor and performs exceedingly well in many applications. It is easy to melt and requires no tempering. If a thinner coating is desired, paramount crystals may be added. If adding flavors or colors, use a concentrated flavor or oil-based flavor. Ing: sugar, partially hydrogenated palm ker- nel oil, whole milk solids, reduced mineral whey powder, nonfat dry milk solids, soya lecithin (an emulsifier), salt, artificial flavor, yellow lake #5 and blue lake #1.
