Born from a passion for delicious chocolate and excellent coffee, these truffles are made as a serie of dark and white chocolate and swirled in the middle. The intense coffee filling is textured with the graininess of the coffee, and the different shells provide different sensation, comparable to that of an espresso for the dark, a cappuccino or mocha for the swirl, a Caffe Latte for the white.
