Green goddess dressing is a true "throw back" to a time past in eating history. It was then, what ranch dressing is now. "goddess" was the big kahuna of salad dressings. It was a complex full flavored condiment, that folks just loved & rightly so! In years past, I have enjoyed, green goddess dressing & appreciated all of its complexities & flavorful nuances. In short, it rocks! On that note, I decided to attempt to capture this unique flavor in a seasoning format- minus the dressing! What a mess!this dressing was loaded with layers of flavors & a sensitive balance issue too.after a number of "hopper filler" batches I was able to encapsulate this venerable dressing flavors in our green goddess dressing seasoning.
