Ocumare is a 70% dark chocolate, made by Amano Chocolate in Utah. It is a great chocolate created exclusively with beans from a remote valley known as Ocumare de la Coasta in Venezuela. The beans from Ocumare create a chocolate that is rich and chocolately but is also complex in flavor with hints of red fruit such as plum. You might taste a raisin note in it. You may also pick up slight smoky and woody notes. This is Amano's flagship bar and has long been a favorite of many. Fine chocolate is a growing industry.
