The almonds with which we make our buttery-crunch are only the very best almond varietal, Nonpareil Supreme Almonds out of California's central valley. Beautifully brimming with all their nutritious qualities, we receive them raw and whole. dry-roast carefully to accentuate their "nutty characteristics" and quickly...quickly, cool and crush into a large grind that allow you to actually see and taste LOTS of them. Our 43% cocoa milk chocolate (without sugar) drenches each thin buttery slice of crunchy sweetness. Then, each piece is individually hand-coated "ALL AROUND" with our crushed almonds.
