The soft cross-weave of this delicate necklace, hand-woven from supple bands of denim, barely reveals that its structure is composed of pull-tabs from aluminum beverage cans. Full length of 32" (81cm.) A metal bead pull-through clasp, matching the end beads, permits fully adjustable length. It pairs with the Cross-weave denim bracelet from the RecyclArt "Wild-west" collection. The pull-tabs are woven with the scratchy part turned inside, so there are no rough edges. Aluminum is lightweight, does not rust, tarnish, nor provoke allergic reactions. All items can be washed with mild soap, since the fabrics have been carefully soaked and color-set.
