As you unwrap each caramel, first, you will see golden specs of candied ginger and bright green chunks of the freshly roasted pistachio nut. Then you will detect an aroma of a freshly roasted organic pistachio. Our caramels are made 100 percent natural ingredients, no preservatives or artificial flavors. We try to procure our ingredients as locally as possible. Each 4 ounce box contains 16 18 pieces.
